Training

Train what works.

Four pillars. Four formats. One standard.

01

Hand-to-Hand

Striking · clinch · takedown defense · ground game

When talking stops, this is what you do. Trained progressively from foundational fundamentals to live-resistance scenarios. We don't simulate — we drill at intensity calibrated to your level until the skill is automatic.

02

Weapons-Based

Firearms integration · weapons retention · edge weapons · knife defense

Most fights involve a tool — sometimes yours, sometimes theirs. We train the entire spectrum: drawing under stress, retention against an attempt to take your firearm, knife defense from realistic positions (not the dojo-style "stab" most schools drill), and what to do when the weapon is the other person's.

03

Scenario / Situational

Multi-attacker · low-light · restricted spaces · vehicles · transitional zones

Real situations don't happen on a mat in a square room. We train in the environments where things actually go bad — parking lots, vehicles, hallways, low-light. Cognitive load is part of the training, not an obstacle to it.

Custom Programs

Corporate · women-specific · LEO · executive protection · security details

Bring me your environment and I'll build the curriculum. Examples we've delivered:

  • Corporate executive teams: situational awareness, de-escalation, hostile-contact response
  • Women-specific self-defense: positional escapes, weapons access, scenario drills
  • Law enforcement skill refreshers: control techniques, weapons retention, edged-weapons defense
  • Security details: pre-attack indicators, formation drills, vehicle responses
